Primary objective
Continuously analyse and optimise customer engagement and conversion rates across Tourism NT’s digital marketing channels through advanced
analytics, personalisation, and testing strategies. Enhance the overall customer experience to drive measurable improvements in line with the
organisation’s key business objectives.

infrastructure to meet strategic objectives. We deliver expertise in digital and data strategy, excellence in service delivery and compliance with

Key duties and responsibilities

Selection criteria
Essential
1. 3+ years’ experience in Digital Data Analytics and Insights or a similar digital marketing role
2. Proven experience with digital channels and personalisation methodologies, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, and segmentation.
3. Strong technical understanding and skills in digital marketing technologies, customer journey mapping, data modelling and mapping, digital
website design (including wireframes) and user experience design, and tag management systems to ensure accurate data collection.
4. Strong customer-centric mindset with outstanding analytical skills; ability to interpret complex data, generate actionable insights, and make
data-driven decisions.
5. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
6. Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable
1. Tertiary qualifications in IT, Multimedia, Digital Communications, or related disciplines
2. Understanding of and skills in HTML, CSS, and other web languages.
3. Experience with Contentstack, Optimizely Web Experimentation, Jira, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
4. Experience working in digital marketing and advertising agencies.
5. Google Analytics and other marketing technology certifications
6. Understanding of and skills in HTML, CSS, and other web languages
