What’s the role We’re seeking a Digital Optimisation Manager to join the Data, Digital & AI Business & Wealth team. This role will be responsible for driving optimisation and performance uplift across our websites, banking applications, and digital communication channels. Key Responsibilities include Collaborate with LoB Service Owners to formulate and drive digital sales or service strategies and plans, translating strategy into tactics that will drive measurable business and customer results Support and drive customer journey understanding for digital including quantitative research, and translating insights into solid business opportunities Leverage analytics tools such as Adobe, Tableau and SEO tools to measure and optimise funnels. Work with key squad members and partners to optimise each stage of the funnel. Collaborate and contribute to squad prioritisation, assess scope, opportunities and production pipeline End to end management of digital initiatives in collaboration with compliance/risk, UX, copywriters and product and production to ensure delivery excellence and adherence to risk framework What do I need? Strong understanding of the Group’s products, brands, and digital channels, and how they support customer journeys Proven experience driving take‑up and adoption of digital sales or service features Strong commercial acumen, with an analytical and data‑driven approach to decision making Demonstrated ability to influence and deliver outcomes across teams outside of direct reporting lines Experience supporting sales or service targets across Consumer and Business portfolios, spanning public websites and secure digital platforms Ability to help develop and execute strategic roadmaps for digital sales or service portfolios, gaining buy‑in from key internal stakeholders Proven capability to identify data‑driven optimisation opportunities and continuously improve digital experiences to lift customer experience, conversion, and digital sales or service performance Hands‑on experience using Adobe Analytics or similar digital analytics tools to inform optimisation decisions Why join us?
