ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a results-driven Paid Ads Specialist to join our team, with a primary focus on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. The ideal candidate will have proven experience creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns to drive measurable results. You will plan, execute, and refine campaigns that boost our online visibility, attract qualified leads, and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement paid advertising strategies on Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to refine campaign targeting.
  • Create, test, and optimize ad creatives, headlines, and copy to improve click-through and conversion rates.
  • Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI while minimizing wasted spend.
  • Set up and monitor conversion tracking, remarketing audiences, and custom events.
  • Perform regular A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and calls-to-action.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and produce actionable insights for improvement.
  • Prepare and present detailed performance reports on KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform algorithm changes, new ad formats, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure messaging and branding consistency across campaigns.
