Role Summary
Convert designer sketches or samples into accurate digital patterns ready for production using CAD software.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with designers to interpret designs and technical details
• Create and grade digital 2D patterns using industry-standard CAD tools (e.g. Gerber, Lectra, Optitex)
• Adjust patterns based on sample fittings or feedback Interview
• Maintain organized files, version control, and technical documentation
• Ensure all patterns meet quality and manufacturing standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in digital pattern making, preferably in womenswear or lifestyle fashion
• Portfolio required showcasing CAD pattern work or digital garments
• Proficient in CAD pattern software; knowledge of CLO 3D or Browzwear is a plus
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, grading, and fabrics
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and ability to work with design and production teams
• Problem‑solving ability and time‑management skills
