ROLE PROFILE

Are you hungry to join one of Australia’s most exciting independent agencies?
We’re Australia’s leading Brandformance agency, successfully wiring together the art and creativity of brand building with the science of performance marketing. We’re pretty good at it too, taking home B&T Independent Agency of The Year, AdNews Digital Agency of The Year, and Campaign Asia Specialist, Social, and Content Agency of The Year.
We’re also home to some of Australia’s most loved brands - including Pizza Hut, R.M.Williams, Red Bull, Peters Ice Cream, The ICONIC, Boost Mobile, Georg Jensen, and Indeed. And at 35 Wiredos strong, we’re big enough to pack a punch, but small enough to still care, so culture and people first is at our core.‍

There’s also a commercial element to the role, where you’ll own capacity planning, and resource management for the performance team, and getting involved in new business. This role empowers the team to drive outstanding results for our clients, implementing and evolving best practices and service sophistication, and continues to push boundaries across paid search and programmatic media.
Technical skills aside, we’re after someone who believes the special sauce to creating a truly connected and high performing team is to lead with vulnerability and authenticity.

  • a proven track record of evolving and optimising performance media offerings, including adaption of industry leading technology
  • pro level experience in working with large amounts of data to build strategic dashboards for insight development through to performance reporting
  • a thorougher understanding on ideal MarTech solutions and platforms to ensure best in class delivery and tracking of performance media
  • stayed ahead of industry trends and continuously innovates to stay at the forefront of digital and performance advertising
  • experience in supporting the creation of strategy reports and presentations, delivering clearly articulated strategic commentary
  • a detailed understanding of privacy legislation in Australia, with knowledge of other markets highly desirable
