What You Will Be Doing: We’re looking for a Digital Performance Manager who combines data-driven rigour with creative problem-solving to deliver exceptional results for purpose-driven clients. You’ll play a key role in shaping and executing digital campaigns that help not-for-profits and socially minded organisations grow their impact. As part of ntegrity’s performance team, you’ll lead the planning, optimisation, and analysis of paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and other key platforms. You’ll translate insights into action, developing targeted media plans, optimising in real time, and providing clear recommendations that deliver measurable outcomes. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams, acting as a trusted advisor who connects digital performance to organisational growth. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, balancing attention to detail with a clear focus on long-term results. Delivers high-performing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other channels, ensuring every activity meets defined KPIs and delivers measurable ROI. Transforms data into actionable insights, analysing performance to uncover trends and opportunities that guide smarter strategy and optimisation. Builds trusted client partnerships through proactive communication, clear recommendations, and a deep understanding of their goals and challenges. Maintains excellence in execution, upholding best-practice standards across budgets, tracking, and delivery to ensure accuracy and impact. Drives innovation and continuous improvement, staying ahead of digital trends, testing new tools, and contributing to team learning and capability growth. This role is remote with the ability to work Australian Eastern Time (AEST) and join client meetings virtually as needed. It can be based anywhere in South East Asia. What We Need You To Have: 3–5 years’ experience managing digital marketing campaigns in an agency or client-side environment. Proven expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms, with strong understanding of campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting. Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal, with high attention to detail. Confidence with campaign planning, performance tracking, and reporting against clear KPIs. Experience using tools such as Looker Studio, Google Analytics, or similar for insight generation. (Bonus!) Familiarity with programmatic display advertising This Role Won’t be a Good Fit If: You prefer routine over variety - this role requires adaptability, initiative, and comfort with shifting priorities. You rely on others to set campaign strategy - we’re looking for someone who takes ownership and drives performance. You’re uncomfortable working directly with clients or presenting insights and recommendations. You avoid the detail - accuracy, reporting, and proactive optimisation are critical to success here. You are looking for a short term opportunity only. We are seeking someone who is looking to grow professionally, rather than simply seeking a remote role to fit existing lifestyle needs (don’t get us wrong, we love remote and flexible work, but we still maintain high expectations for productivity and commitment and would love someone to grow with us in this role). Why Work at ntegrity? Help good grow. We partner only with organisations creating real impact - think Beyond Blue, Vision Australia and The Salvation Army. As a B Corp, we choose purpose over profit and stand by our word. Embrace meaningful challenges. Our work is complex, rewarding and genuinely life-changing. You’ll join a team that leans into problems with curiosity, practicality and heart - and finds creative ways forward. Work with people who care. We’re collaborative, honest and generous with praise. We listen deeply, support each other through pressure, and celebrate wins big and small. Partner with clients you’ll love. They’re kind, mission-driven and committed to long-term impact. We work with them, not for them - building trust through transparency and shared ambition. Grow fast - and help others grow too. With 30% annual growth and 95% client retention, we’re scaling with intention. You’ll get personalised development, real L&D investment, and space to learn, experiment and lead. Be supported as a whole human. We take wellbeing seriously. Flexibility, healthy boundaries and care for one another are non-negotiable - late nights aren’t the culture here. Benefits that matter. Remote and flexible work, upfront sick leave, preventive health support, dedicated L&D funding, and in-person strategy weeks to reconnect and recharge. Ready to join the team? Apply now! ntegrity is committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all employees and applicants. We do not tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, including on the basis of race, colour, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, marital or family status, pregnancy, breastfeeding, national or ethnic origin, or any other attribute protected under Australian law.
