About the role The Digital Performance Manager will lead Dyson Turkey’s performance marketing strategy, driving digital growth through paid media channels and ensuring optimal return on investment. This role is responsible for managing the full funnel of digital acquisition, overseeing media agencies, and collaborating cross-functionally to align performance efforts with business objectives. The manager will play a key role in shaping Dyson’s digital presence and accelerating direct-to-consumer sales. Main Responsibilities : Strategic Leadership Develop and execute the digital performance strategy across paid search, programmatic, social, and affiliate channels. Define KPIs and performance goals aligned with business objectives, ensuring continuous optimization and innovation. Lead the planning and budgeting of digital media investments, maximizing ROAS and minimizing CPA. Campaign Management & Optimization Oversee the execution of performance campaigns with media agencies, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and scaling successful initiatives. Ensure technical excellence in campaign setup, tracking, and reporting across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, SA360, etc.). Data & Insights Lead performance analytics and reporting, transforming data into actionable insights for business growth. Own dashboard development and data visualization to support decision-making across teams. Drive experimentation and A/B testing to improve conversion rates and media efficiency. Cross-functional Collaboration Partner with E-Commerce, Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams to align performance efforts with commercial goals. Collaborate with global and regional teams to adopt best practices and ensure consistency in execution. Manage relationships with external agencies and technology partners to deliver high-impact campaigns. Team & Capability Development Mentor and guide junior analysts or specialists, fostering a culture of performance excellence and continuous learning. Stay ahead of digital trends, tools, and technologies to keep Dyson at the forefront of performance marketing. About you Minimum 8–10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance media. Proven track record in managing paid media campaigns and delivering measurable business results. Experience working with media agencies and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with hands-on experience in tools like Google Analytics, SA360, DV360, Meta Business Manager, Campaign Manager, Firebase, Insider, etc. Fluent in English; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen. Advanced data analysis and performance optimization capabilities. Leadership and team development experience.
