Join the BAWAG Digital Growth Team
BAWAG Group is scaling an in-house performance marketing POD to scale digital sales across priority markets. Paid Search is a critical lever to drive profitable applications for: Consumer Loans, Current Accounts, Investment / Brokerage, Credit Cards, and SME / Freelancer Accounts. You’ll own channel strategy, hands-on execution, and a rigorous test roadmap that compounds results over time.

Responsibilities
  • Own multi-market SEA (hands-on): plan, launch, and scale campaigns across AT, DE, NL, IE & US, including localization of offers, ad copy, and LP variants
  • Account architecture & intent strategy: structure by product/intent; brand vs. non-brand; exact/phrase with robust negatives; query sculpting; RSAs at scale.
  • Bidding & automation: deploy tROAS/tCPA, value-based bidding, portfolio strategies, seasonality adjustments; leverage scripts/Rules/SA360 where they help.
  • Measurement & signals: implement Consent Mode-compliant tagging; maintain high-quality conversion taxonomy (lead qualified approved funded activated); import offline conversions / enhanced conversions; close the loop into Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and BI.
  • Quality first: reduce junk leads at source (forms, qualifiers, validation) and continuously optimize for downstream value.
  • Cross-functional excellence: Collaborate with Paid Social, SEO, Website, Technology, Product / Sales, Analytics & attribution teams.
