Job Description We're looking for a Digital & Performance Marketing Specialist to own and execute our marketing efforts. You'll be responsible for driving qualified leads, building our online presence, and running data-driven campaigns that deliver measurable results. This is a hands-on role where you'll manage everything from paid ads to content strategy. Qualifications Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads Manage ad budgets and ensure strong ROI on all performance campaigns Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using GA4 and other analytics tools Develop and execute strategies to generate B2B leads from international markets Create compelling ad copy, landing pages, and marketing collateral Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms Implement and maintain conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and attribution models Collaborate with the sales and content teams to align marketing with business goals Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices Support marketing efforts for client projects when needed Requirements 2-4 years of experience in digital/performance marketing Proven track record of running successful paid campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Meta) Strong understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking Ability to write clear, persuasive ad copy and marketing content An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make decisions Excellent communication skills in English Self-starter who can work independently and take ownership Additional Information Good to Have Experience marketing software development or IT services Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.) Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing Experience with CRM systems Knowledge of AI/tech industry trends What We Offer Competitive salary of PKR 110,000 per month Opportunity to work on diverse projects across multiple industries Exposure to modern technologies and AI-driven development Mentorship from experienced developers Growth-oriented environment with learning opportunities Timing: 11 AM - 8 PM
