We are looking for a talented Digital, Performance and Reporting Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deliver performance reports and interactive dashboards using advanced tools such as Power BI and Business Objects. You will integrate data from various sources, including social care and housing services, to provide clear, actionable insights that support decision-making and enhance service delivery.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in developing performance reports and dashboards using Power BI and Business Objects.
  • Strong data analysis and integration skills, ideally with experience in social care or housing data.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present complex insights clearly.
  • Knowledge of data governance, quality assurance, and compliance practices.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and Maintaining Dashboards: Design and maintain interactive dashboards and performance reports using Power BI, Business Objects, and other reporting tools.
  • Data Integration and Analysis: Extract, analyse, and integrate data from multiple systems, including social care and housing, to provide comprehensive insights.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and ensure outputs meet organisational objectives and statutory obligations.
  • Expert Guidance and Support: Provide advice on best practices in data visualisation and dashboard design while training users to interpret performance dashboards effectively.
  • Data Governance and Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance by implementing robust data governance and quality assurance practices.
