WHAT YOU’LL DO

You’ll be the driving force behind our used motorcycle presentation — both online and in the showroom. From managing our Auto Trader listings to ensuring every bike on display turns heads, you’ll keep our stock looking its best and selling fast.

YOUR MAIN DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Managing the Auto Trader and Williams Motorcycles used bikes portal.
• Creating accurate, engaging online adverts with correct manufacturer specs and terminology.
• Taking a minimum of 30 high-quality photographs per bike to showcase each model.
• Ensuring every motorcycle on display is spotless, priced, and retail-ready with Williams Insurance branding.
• Preparing sales packs for new and used Motorcycles
• Completing Datatag registrations.
• Setting up and maintaining accessory displays for showroom bikes.
• Acting as our Product Genius , keeping your knowledge fresh on the latest models and tech.
• Assisting with booking in and checking out demo rides.
• Uploading the latest product videos to showroom display screens.
• Running daily and weekly reports to keep portals updated and accurate.
• Reviewing and refreshing images for seasonal or promotional updates.
