What you’ll do: Lead program design and delivery for Australia’s largest Transformation and Change initiatives, leveraging AI as a productivity tool. Collaborate within a dedicated team fostering innovation and community support, ensuring flexibility in working arrangements. Develop and scale AI solutions while managing cross-industry programs in Financial Services, Insurance, Mining, Retail and Consumer, Entertainment & Media, and Healthcare. Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement activities, building trust and credibility with clients. What we’re looking for: Proven expertise in Program & Project Management with experience in agile and traditional methodologies. Strong command of PMO functions, including governance, risk management, and reporting, to drive successful program outcomes. Exceptional communication skills, capable of shaping narratives, aligning expectations, and conducting effective client workshops.
