Lead and manage program and project delivery efforts, focusing on scope, dependencies, and risks. Engage with technical specialists to understand project impacts. Identify business growth opportunities and drive strategic initiatives. Develop governance frameworks, policies, and standards for consistency. Manage stakeholder relationships and lead team development. What we’re looking for: Broad experience across Business, Experience, and Technology domains. Proficiency and certifications in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile). Familiarity with business and process analysis methodologies (e.g., IIBA). Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA). Strong understanding of risk management and quality assurance. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Robust financial and business acumen with experience managing large budgets and project teams.
