Description

We’re looking for a motivated, strategic, and relentless Digital PR & Outreach Lead to drive high-authority backlinks and improve Studee’s organic visibility through outstanding digital campaigns, data-driven storytelling, and reactive PR.
This role is laser-focused on outreach and link acquisition, but also requires strong PR instincts, analytical thinking, and experience in navigating international media. You’ll lead our backlink strategy, craft and pitch engaging campaigns, and build relationships with journalists across multiple territories.

Responsibilities
  • Own and deliver Studee’s backlink acquisition strategy through data-led and creative Digital PR
  • Develop and pitch a range of PR campaigns (not just stories) - both data-driven and creative; including on-site assets, rankings, and original concepts that align with our brand.
  • Identify and lead reactive PR and newsjacking opportunities in a way that’s link-safe and brand-safe
  • Work closely with our digital engagement and data teams to turn insights into campaigns
  • Coordinate the creation of assets (e.g. data visualisations, rankings, reports) that naturally attract backlinks and coverage
  • Build and manage a news/industry calendar for planned and reactive PR
  • Respond quickly to reactive PR opportunities and media enquiries
  • Manage and grow a strong database of journalists and editorial contacts; particularly in education, lifestyle, and international media
  • Use outreach tools and platforms to manage campaigns and measure success
  • Track performance and report on link acquisition and quality, campaign performance, outreach volume, and brand mentions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the digital engagement and data teams to turn insights into newsworthy ideas
