Description Imprimus Labels & Packaging is a leader in the label printing industry, with multiple facilities across California, Ohio, and Texas. We produce high-quality labels for cosmetics, food, beverages, and health markets. Our team is driven by quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Position Overview: We are seeking a Digital Press Support team member for our 2nd shift to assist in our label production environment. This role plays a key part in supporting digital press operations, ensuring jobs are properly prepared, and maintaining high-quality output in a clean, air-conditioned press room. Schedule: 2nd Shift: 1:30 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. Monday through Thursday Air Conditioned Press Room Key Responsibilities: Support digital press operators during production runs Prepare and stage print jobs for efficient workflow Assist with color matching and color correction Monitor print quality and identify issues Work within HP Print OS and related systems Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety and quality procedures Qualifications: Experience in a label or print production environment preferred Background in graphic arts, prepress, or digital printing Understanding of color theory and color correction Familiarity with HP Print OS or similar systems is a plus Basic computer skills Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift Ability to lift and move materials up to 40–50 pounds with or without assistance Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and handling of materials Good visual acuity, including the ability to distinguish color variations and detect print defects Ability to work safely around moving machinery and equipment Use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required Benefits: Benefits start at the beginning of the month after hire Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance (multiple plan options) Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) funded by the company 401(k) with Company Match after 90*days Paid Time Off (vacation and sick Time) Paid Company Holidays $50,000 Free Life and AD&D Insurance Long-Term Disability and optional supplemental benefits Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Equal Employment Opportunity: Imprimus Labels & Packaging is an equal opportunity employer.
