DIGITAL PRICING AND PROMOTIONS ANALYST

Location: Open to any location nationally (preference for 2nd tier cities like Tulsa, Alpharetta, Irving)
Work Setup: Hybrid - 2 days in office per week (location dependent)
Experience Level: 5-7 years
Join our dynamic team as a Digital Pricing and Promotions Analyst where you’ll lead the optimization of pricing strategies and promotional campaigns across all digital channels. This role offers the opportunity to drive measurable business impact through data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, product management, or program management with focus on pricing and promotions
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies for offer optimization
  • Proficiency with project management software (JIRA, Content Stack) and analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing landscape, including various channels, technologies, and customer journeys
  • Extensive experience with pricing and promotions in marketing initiatives

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills with ability to influence across all organizational levels
  • Strategic thinking with strong bias for action and results-oriented approach
  • Experience in large, matrixed organizations, preferably telecommunications, technology, or e-commerce
