JOB SUMMARY

Seeking a skilled Digital Press and Bindery Operator to join our team in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will possess print and bindery experience, along with a strong can-do attitude, and attention to detail. We take extreme pride in the quality of work we put out for our clients, but we keep the mood light and fun at the shop.
You will play a crucial role in the production process, working with various print and bindery equipment to fabricate and package products according to specifications, and company standards.
You must possess experience in Print operations, ensuring the efficient and accurate finishing of printed materials.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in bindery/printing is required.
  • Experience in pre-press and file set up is a plus, but not necessary.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various types of machinery effectively.
  • Experience with fabrication processes is a plus.
  • Forklift certification is desirable; willingness to obtain certification if not already held.
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods during shifts.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
