to hire a technical and detail-oriented Digital Print Operator.
*Position Overview:

The Digital Print Operator is responsible for overseeing and operating the digital print and spandrel production lines used to create high-quality printed and coated glass products. This position involves creating digital files, interpreting work orders and specifications, setting up and running machinery, monitoring production for accuracy and consistency, and performing quality checks to ensure products meet company and customer standards. The role requires attention to detail, technical skill, and a commitment to safety and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
**Responsibilities:

**

  • Working in AutoCAD to design print files
  • Interpreting work orders and specifications
  • Running machinery
  • Monitoring production for accuracy and consistency
  • Performing quality checks to ensure products meet company and customer standards
  • Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and production goals
  • Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment

**Requirements:

**

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
  • Physically able to lift 30+ pounds and work on your feet throughout the day
  • Detail-oriented
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team
  • Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts if needed
  • Safety-conscious with good communication and teamwork abilities
