Pin Point Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Finishing Operative to join a dynamic and fast-paced print production environment in the Biggin Hill area.
This role involves working with a wide range of finishing machinery and processes to produce high-quality visual communications and marketing materials. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on individual with a background in print finishing or production.

DIGITAL PRINT FINISHER SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

· Prior experience in a print/finishing environment is essential
· Knowledge of production machinery and finishing processes
· Familiarity with I-Cut or Kongsberg XP machines is desirable
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Good communication and problem-solving skills
· Reliable, punctual, and team-focused

· Operate and maintain finishing equipment, including:
o Jet Lam 2000 & Pro62 Laminators
o Miller Weld Master & Fiab HF Welder
o Fotoba 3.2 and 1.6 cutting machines
o Kongsberg XP cutting machines
· Laminating various types of media
· Edge wrapping and mounting to different substrates
· Welding substrates using Kedar
· Reading CAD laydowns and checking measurements
· Conducting quality control to ensure work meets specifications
· Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
· Reporting any issues or discrepancies to management
· Completing job paperwork and updates accurately
