The Digital Print Manager will guide the production flow to efficiently and accurately meet the fabrication and customer needs. The ideal candidate will be driven individual who has a passion for continuous improvement initiatives and lean principles. Is a leader for all Print Operations, working to achieve company goals. Being able to keep up in a fast-paced environment to hit specific goals and targets is a must and will be both challenging and rewarding. Job Summary and Job Functions Communicate with the sales team to set projects up for success and meeting customer deadlines Coach and lead the team using continuous improvement principles Create and implement corrective action plans with the team for the department’s future success with standard operating procedures, training and development Implements opportunities for automation and new AI technologies Help administer cross training and use the skill matrix to make decisions that help achieve both short and long-term labor goals for operations Manages color profiles and color library Help manage the digital department schedule and ensure proper workflow through the department that coordinates with other departments Execute RTO effectively to reduce overtime Ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction Adheres to all company safety standards Align with and believe in the company core values: We Say Yes, We Hustle, We Think Bigger, We Keep Promises, We Build People Up Other Duties Please note this job description is not designed to be exclusive or exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope of the position.
