KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Oversee the personalisation and print production process, ensuring orders are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Calibrate and profile machines to maintain colour accuracy and print consistency.
• Implement and maintain quality control standards to uphold brand reputation.
• Manage inventory levels of print materials, inks, and customisation supplies.
• Identify and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and scrap.
• Maintain and optimise printing and engraving machinery to ensure consistent output.
• Research and recommend new printing techniques, machinery, and software for improved efficiency and quality.
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure the best materials and technology are used.
• Lead and manage the personalisation team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Provide training and support to staff on equipment use and workflow best practices.
• Manage workload allocation to meet order deadlines and seasonal demand spikes.
• Responsible for resource planning working alongside the Head of People and Operations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends to ensure Darts Corner remains at the forefront of customisation in the darts industry.
• Test and refine new personalisation methods to enhance customer experience.
• Work closely with customer service to address any issues or concerns related to personalised orders.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ATTRIBUTES

• Must be flexible and willing to work in line with the demands of the business
• Must have experience using UV printing machines
• Experience of people management in a personalised/print, operations environment
• Experience of managing against a clear set of KPI’s in a daily, weekly, monthly operating cycle
• Experience of working as part of a management team
• Naturally resilient and able to remain calm under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an approachable style
• Ability to handle situations sensitively and able to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to adapt quickly, have a flexible attitude and to anticipate and prioritise different workloads
• Good administrative skills
