Description 3rd Shift Digital Print Operator Overnight | Tuesday – Saturday | 11:45 PM – 8:15 AM We’re looking for a reliable, tech-savvy Digital Print Operator to join our overnight production team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and keeping high-speed digital presses running smoothly. What You’ll Do Operate and monitor digital printing equipment during overnight production Set up, run, and troubleshoot print jobs to meet quality and deadline expectations Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and basic adjustments on equipment Review job tickets and ensure files, materials, and output are accurate Identify print defects and make real-time corrections Work closely with teammates to keep workflow moving efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area What We’re Looking For Strong computer skills and comfort working with digital systems Experience operating digital print equipment (production environment preferred) Ability to troubleshoot mechanical or print-quality issues Comfortable working independently on 3rd shift Attention to detail and commitment to quality Dependable attendance and ability to meet production deadlines Big Plus Experience Truepress Jet Canon digital presses Ricoh digital presses (Experience with any of these is a huge advantage, but we’re open to strong operators willing to learn.)
