Please note, this internship is a 6-month fixed term opportunity 2-3 days pw only, which is separate to CommBank’s summer intern and graduate programs You are curious, driven and have a passion for using AI and automation tools to improve the experiences of our customers and our people We’re a customer obsessed team committed to delivering seamless digital banking experiences Together, we will ensure CommBank is the #1 Business Bank See yourself in our team Within Business Banking (BB), the Digital Banking Domain is responsible for managing and transforming digital platforms including CommBiz, CommBiz Mobile, NetBank, and the CommBank app. This role sits within the Process and Performance Improvement Centre of Excellence and is focused on using AI and automation tools to improve the experiences of our customers and our people. Do work that matters We’re looking for a curious, driven and collaborative university student to join our BB Digital Centre of Excellence team for a period of 6 months. You’ll work alongside a high-performing team to help shape and deliver initiatives that improve our Business Banking Digital platforms’ processes and performance. On any given week you will: Support the identification and delivery of AI and automation initiatives across the Digital Banking Domain in BB. Assist in mapping and improving operational processes and procedures. Contribute to performance reporting and insights generation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve real customer and business problems Driving continuous improvements to the ways we serve our customers and people This internship is ideal for university students who: Have accepted a 2026 graduate offer and are looking to gain early experience.
