As a Senior Producer, you will be responsible for end-to-end project leadership of any number of digital media initiatives, which will include: large-scale digital advertising campaigns, social and mobile application development, product management, complex website development, and website redesigns and maintenance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years in digital production/project management within an agency or creative setting.
  • Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing $200K–$1M budgets on national campaigns.
  • Proficiency with Agile methodologies and digital tools.
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end production of large-scale digital media initiatives.
  • Motivate and manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget.
  • Oversee scope, budgets, and timelines, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Understands the limitations and capabilities of common digital tools such as HTML, RUBY ON RAILS, CSS, .NET, PHP, and APIs, such as Facebook, Google, Twitter, and Microsoft (coding experience a plus)
  • Apply Agile methodologies and leverage tools like Asana, Smartsheet, and Jira.
  • Stay ahead of social media, mobile, and digital trends, integrating the latest innovations.
  • Ensure smooth paid media trafficking, tagging, and tracking.
  • Build strong internal and client relationships to drive successful project outcomes.
