The Digital Product Analyst will be responsible for owning digital products, performance maintenance and enhancement. This position will be responsible for developing LG.com eCommerce go-to-market strategy based on deep understandings of platform UX/UI design and functionality. This position will be supporting promotional content management, system integration, and platform UX/UI development. These responsibilities will require market research, ideation, validation, and analysis to identify opportunities for the LG OBS (Online Brand Store). Conducting user research and data analysis, the Digital Product Analyst will iteratively pursue improvement in the user journey on LG.com and the platform design.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • 2+ years of corporate work experience, preferably in eCommerce as a UX/UI Designer and/or Digital Media Designer.
  • Strong online portfolio of recent projects demonstrating UX design process, typography, and colour theory.
  • Experience in digital transformation, UX/UI design, A/B testing, Magento, and Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Graphic and Web design knowledge is an asset.
  • French literacy is a plus.
  • Ability to liaise with cross functional teams.
  • Ability to gather requirements for and manage design process.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills.
  • Proven ability to function effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work extended hours when required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong aptitude and proven experience with Agile methodology.
