Digital Product Designer (Budapest)

Location and Travel
This position is based in Budapest, where you will collaborate closely with our development team. Regular travel to Copenhagen is expected, as you will work with the core team, which is part of the Global Marketing - Digital User Experience team headquartered in Copenhagen. This position is for maternity leave cover, for a fixed term of 1 year.

You will work on two major platform for web and e-commerce, which provides an excellent opportunity to improve the user experience for a large part of the customer journey.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with product owners, UX designers and content editors to identify gaps and provide digital solutions.
- Doing user research and presenting your findings to various stakeholders as well as using those findings in argumenting your designs
- Transforming wireframes into UI designs using Figma.
- Handing over UI designs to development teams.
- Maintaining a design system across our digital platforms to enhance design consistency and expedite development.
- Taking ownership of and continuously improving the digital experience for our website and e-commerce platforms, catering to both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Working closely with product owners to plan upcoming features.
Your professional profile:
- You are proficient in using Figma for designing user interfaces and maintaining and evolving design systems.
- You have experience in designing interactions across platforms and devices (desktop, mobile)
- You can always find a common language with the development team and support the process of implementing and developing interactions and design decisions.
- You are at ease with communicating design decisions to different stakeholders and welcome their feedback.
- You own and execute the user research process, currently done with unmoderated testing.
- Software tools we use – Storybook (UI design), Chromatic (UI design), Mouseflow (UX research), Userlytics (UX research)
