Description
Digital Product Director - Tools About the Role We’re looking for an experienced product leader to guide the ongoing development and evolution of DataHub, one of Gartner’s core data and insights products. The role involves working closely with global teams to shape an experience that helps clients track operational performance, explore their data more easily, and build executive-ready insights with confidence. Over time, you’ll also help steer DataHub toward a more integrated, AI-supported environment that goes beyond metrics and supports broader analytical workflows. What You Will Do Lead the day-to-day execution of the product, including shaping requirements, refining user stories, and keeping delivery on track with engineering and design partners. Work with teams across Engineering, Design, Data Science, Scalable Insights, Product Ops, Content, RBPM, and BTI to align development and remove blockers. Manage the product backlog and release priorities, making practical trade-off decisions based on what will deliver the most value at that moment. Partner with Data Ops on data ingestion and data-quality improvements as new data sources and metrics are added. Collaborate with Product Marketing and Research on onboarding, reactivation, and early feature testing, especially when new workflows require validation. Speak directly with users to understand how they work, test early ideas, and use that feedback to refine the experience. Track adoption and engagement metrics and use them to guide product updates. Provide coaching and support to junior product managers and help establish strong product practices within the team. Over time, contribute to shaping the longer-term direction of DataHub and build deeper skills in product strategy. What You Will Need At least 9 years of experience in digital product management, ideally with products involving data, analytics, or workflow design. A history of shipping meaningful features in partnership with engineering and design teams. Comfort working with large datasets and drawing insights from quantitative information. The ability to manage several workstreams at once and collaborate across functions and geographies. Experience using structured problem-solving approaches and Lean product practices. A track record of helping develop other product managers. Education and Additional Qualifications Masters degree is preferred. Interest in AI-driven workflows and modern data-product patterns is helpful. Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. Why This Role Matters DataHub continues to expand in scale and visibility across Gartner. This role gives you the opportunity to influence how clients access and apply Gartner’s proprietary data, and how AI and analytics come together in future versions of the product. #LI-MS7 Who are we?
