Availability is required from June 1 through August 7, 2026, with a minimum commitment of 30 hours per week. About the role We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and motivated Digital Product Intern to support our product team in building and improving digital experiences. This internship is a hands-on opportunity to learn how digital products are planned, built, launched, and optimized in a real-world environment. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, E-commerce, Digital Analytics, and Customer Marketing teams to help translate customer and business needs into product improvements. This role is ideal for someone interested in product management, digital strategy, UX, or technology. Responsibilities Support Product Managers with day-to-day product activities Help gather and document product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria Assist with research, competitive analysis, and customer insights Partner with Digital Analytics to understand product performance and customer behavior Collaborate with Customer Marketing on initiatives that impact acquisition, engagement, and retention Partner with the E-commerce team to support initiatives that improve the online shopping experience, conversion, and overall site performance Participate in sprint ceremonies (standups, planning, retrospectives, demos) Help track progress of initiatives and surface risks or dependencies Review and validate features during testing and UAT Analyze basic product metrics and help identify opportunities for improvement Create or update product documentation, presentations, and roadmaps Knowledge, skills & abilities requirements Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Technology, Design, Marketing, or a related field Strong interest in digital products, technology, or e-commerce Comfortable learning new tools and processes Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to ask good questions and think critically Competencies & attributes The approved competencies for SBH are listed below. Typically, the associate may sit comfortably to do the job. However, some tasks and activities may be walking, standing, bending, carrying light items such as papers, files, books, and small parts, driving an automobile to a store location, etc. These activities are not frequent and do not require significant physical demands to perform the work. While involving everyday risks or discomforts, the work environment is designed with standard safety
