QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • University degree in relevant discipline.
  • Experience managing digital products in complex enterprise environments.
  • Experience writing technical requirements, managing backlogs, and running QA.
  • Familiarity with web CMS platforms, DAM, email marketing, and marketing automation.
  • Experience collaborating across UX, dev, content, and business teams.
  • Strong skills in Jira, Azure DevOps, Sitecore, Salesforce MCP, and project delivery frameworks.
  • Technical fluency with CMS architecture, data flows, and system integrations.
  • Excellent communicator and documentation writer
  • Confident balancing multiple priorities in a fastpaced digital environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver technically sound outcomes.
  • Comfortable challenging unclear or ambiguous

Responsibilities
  • Own and prioritise the product backlog across web, DAM, and eDM platforms.
  • Interpret stakeholder requirements into structured, technical documentation (epics, features, user stories, specifications, briefs).
  • Brief and support front-end developers, back-end developers, UX designers, and third-party agencies.
  • Lead information architecture (IA) development, UX decision-making, and user flow logic across digital platforms.
  • Scope features and improvements in alignment with digital strategy and platform capacity.
  • Approve UX/IA approaches in collaboration with Manager Digital.
  • Run quality assurance (QA) and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate delivery.
  • Proactively identify bugs, usability issues, and technical debt, and coordinate resolution.
  • Maintain expertise in Sitecore, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalisation, Marketing Cloud Engagement, One Trust Consent Management, Azure DevOps, and related tools.
  • Monitor integration logic between platforms and ensure systems operate as an ecosystem.
  • Provide a single point of accountability for day-to-day digital product performance.
