Job Description Help us lead the strategy, design, and delivery of innovative digital solutions to enhance efficiency, client satisfaction, and compliance in the global food TIC (Testing, Inspection & Certification) industry. We are looking for an experienced Product Lead to combine business acumen, technology expertise, food quality knowledge, and emerging technologies to build scalable, data-driven products. Key Missions Product Strategy & Leadership Define a clear product vision, roadmap, and success criteria aligned with business goals and standards (e.g., GlobalG.A.P., BRCGS). Collaborate across functions to prioritize high-value initiatives, leveraging AI and automation where relevant to improve outcomes. Analysis & Solution Design Drive requirements gathering and process mapping; create detailed functional specs, user stories, and workflows. Design robust, scalable solutions adhering to enterprise architecture, data governance, and best practices for usability and performance. Project Delivery Act as the main bridge between business, development, and QA teams. Manage agile projects from inception to release, ensuring accuracy, attention to detail, and effective resource planning. Documentation & Governance Develop and maintain comprehensive, accessible product documentation. Testing & Implementation Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation, incorporating rapid feedback loops. Support smooth rollouts, with a focus on adoption, data integrity, and long-term product stability. Field Engagement (GOOB) Engage directly with food audit operations: shadow audits, observe workflows, and capture user insights to ensure continuous improvement and strong local/global adoption. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related. Experience: 6+ years in digital product management; strong track record in delivering large-scale solutions; food TIC sector experience preferred. Technical Skills: Agile (Scrum/Kanban), requirements elicitation, Figma/Miro, SQL, API design/integration, AI-powered data analysis. Languages: Fluent English & Portuguese; Spanish beneficial. Soft Skills: Strategic thinker, exceptional attention to detail, analytical rigor, proactive problem-solving, AI literacy, stakeholder engagement, leadership, adaptability, and high standards of quality. Preferred: PMI-PBA, CSPO or equivalent certifications; experience with GlobalG.A.P., BRCGS.
