SUMMARY:

In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Digital Product Management and contribute to large-scale planning related to Digital Product Management deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Digital Product Management challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Digital Product Management deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with client personnel in Digital Product Management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
  • Agile Scrum process / scrum team experience
  • Must be comfortable leading scrum team
  • Stakeholder Management and Engagement experience
  • User Experience (Customer and/or Employee Experience journey)
  • Comfortable working with stakeholders and various members of team, especially product analyst and technology
  • Feature and user story creation; review user stories created by product analyst
  • Roadmap creation and management experience
  • Backlog refinement
  • Familiarity with AI/Chatbot preferred but not required
Responsibilities
  • Roadmap creation and management
  • Maintain a healthy backlog of items that are linked appropriately (Story - Feature - Epic).
  • Accept user stories after they have met the acceptance criteria and the definition of done.
  • Collaborate with L2/L3 product manager(s) on the overall product intention map.
  • Establish, communicate, and monitor product area goals and performance indicators.
  • Facilitate frequent collaboration between stakeholders, and teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Actively own the prioritization of a clearly understood product area backlog aligned to product area vision and goals.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders in service of developing a world class user experience.
  • Work with product analyst to define and refine user stories, including business readiness stories, ensuring acceptance criteria is clearly understood by the team.
  • Ensure that all known work is added to the backlog and made transparent.
  • Identify and resolve sequencing and prioritization conflicts across products and product areas.
  • Answer questions and address escalated impediments.
  • Maintain continuous and cadenced communication with the product manager and delivery teams.
  • Coordinate with scrum master, delivery leads, and other supporting roles that are shared across delivery teams.
