THE OPPORTUNITY

Are you a digital marketing professional looking to make an impact in the healthcare industry?
Abbot´s Diabetes Care division is seeking a Digital Product Manager, who will drive our online strategies, enhance customer engagement and optimize touchpoints.
The Digital Product Manager position works out of our Prague location in Czech Republic.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Develop and execute, in synergy with EMEA guidance, online & offline marketing strategies to support business objectives
  • Responsible for planning/budgetary control of dedicated marketing activities
  • Owns all Digital health tools incl Veeva CRM media updates, in cooperation with EMEA
  • Knows how to segment data and create subgroups for effective communication
  • Creates publication plan for emails, sms for HCP & HCC
  • Plan, build and distribute online newsletters, ensuring targeted communication by segmenting and refining our customer database
  • Writing media briefs, overseeing campaign KPIs and propose campaign improvements
  • Managing copy localizations and MLR approvals in Veeva
  • Organise and technically manage Abbott online webinars, ensuring seamless execution and audience engagement
  • Utilize a range of techniques including organic SEO, PPC, GA, OR, CTR
  • Manage, optimize, localise web content based on EMEA recommendation and tailored to local needs
  • Define devise strategies to drive online traffic to the Brand websites
  • Improve the usability, re-design, content, and conversion of the website
  • Lead apps updates and new features releases to enhance user experience and retention
  • Helps to solve difficult technical issues within our internal tools and serve as primary contact for our reps & KOL´s
  • Maintain necessary contact with key customers to achieve objectives of division
  • Performs all responsibilities in accordance with Labor Code, internal rules, and procedures

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Entrepreneurial mind set, agile, comfortable with ambiguity, willingness to wear multiple hats to ensure team success
  • Previous experience in a pharma corporation in a similar role; 5+ years
  • Native Czech Language and Fluent English is required
  • Proven communication skills and ability to drive cross-functional collaboration across Commercial, Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, Analytics, IT and other Key Functions
  • Proven track record of executing with urgency
  • Passion for improving patient outcomes and experience working directly with HCCs & HCPs desirable
