The Opportunity: AIA are currently hiring a Digital Product Manager to act as a product and thought leader to continually challenge and digitally deliver incremental enhancements and market leading digital continuous improvements, for the end-to-end AIA Group Client and Member facing DX assets. Within this role you will act as a critical contributor to Deliver on AIAs purpose, Future Fit vision and strategy by partnering with Technology and Business teams to establish continuous improvement of AIAs Group Client and Member facing assets. This opportunity is for Melbourne or Sydney. To do this successfully you will have: Develop and maintain the overall roadmap, including ongoing product strategy, product planning, experience design and requirements for new features, functionality and integrations. Understand the business, product, digital, customer and technology landscape to inform decision making. Work with third party vendors on delivery and integration outcomes. Work with technology teams, partners and vendors to define requirements and milestones to ensure on-time, in-scope and within budget delivery. Champion for the customer by collaborating with the UX team to understand customer problems and design solutions. Partner with product owners, Head of Digital and stakeholders to form an agreed product roadmap and maintain backlog. Assist in requirement gathering – supports the Business Analyst in defining acceptance criteria. Coordinate and manage business related release activities – ensures relevant release artefacts are prepared. Engages Change Manager if necessary and assists to prepare materials such as training guides and frequently asked questions. May need to perform duties of a Digital Product Owner e.g. develop user stories with the UX team or greater role in delivery of product roadmap. Proactively drive the culture and stakeholder engagement and management. Successful applications will demonstrate: Strong digital product knowledge with proven experience in development and management of successful digital and online solutions Experience in B2B collaborations working with multiple external clients Tertiary qualification or equivalent in a Business, Marketing or related discipline Have demonstrated experience in digitisation of business processes Experience in product development and product lifecycle management Solid understanding of analytics tools to generate insights Experience operating with a high degree of collaboration, proactivity, innovation and the ability interact directly across all levels Solid background in digital products including Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics Why choose AIA: At AIA, we’ve made a promise to help people live healthier, longer, better lives. Responsibilities
The Digital Product Manager will act as a product and thought leader to continually challenge and digitally deliver incremental enhancements and market-leading continuous improvements for AIA Group Client and Member facing digital assets. This involves partnering with Technology and Business teams to establish continuous improvement of these assets in alignment with AIA's purpose and strategy.
