JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a highly motivated, creative individual with experience and a passion for connecting with current and future Cru® audience. Help communicate the Cru Singapore brand, and the many stories from our ministries and lives that we reach so as to help engage more people with the Gospel.
Your impact could train thousands of people in discipleship or move a new believer on to deciding to share what Christ has done in his life with friends and family. Your work could connect people so that the gospel message shows up on someone’s feed at just the right time to bring them into a relationship with Christ.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/ Communications/ Computer Science/ Engineering/ Technology related fields
  • At least 10 years working experience in a related field and non-profit missional organisations
  • At least 5 years experience in leading multinational teams, network teams and initiatives
  • Experience in successful fundraising for non-profit evangelistic programmes and projects
  • Experience with contract negotiation and vendor selections
  • Expertise and proficiency in using enterprise level marketing tools, data analytics and product development practices.
  • Bible knowledge to help with AI chatbot evangelistic response development
  • Alignment with the doctrinal articles of faith and the general rules in the Statement of Faith of our company
