Description

Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for end-to-end management of the company's Data Lake, ensuring automated data integration and stable operation of distribution, inventory, and core business data across the group and local systems; continuously improve data warehouse operational efficiency and provide reliable data support and decision-making insights to various business departments. 2. Possess digital project management capabilities; proactively drive project progress, coordinate resources, and design solutions; continuously optimize master data platforms for customers, products, and suppliers; collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes and enhance data quality, supporting digital transformation and efficiency improvements across the company's three entities. 3. Interface with business departments on reporting requirements; responsible for Power BI report development and maintenance; as the Data Lake product owner, coordinate with other digital transformation projects and business teams to ensure timely and accurate data delivery, enabling informed business decisions. Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Statistics, Information Management, Business Analytics, or related fields preferred. 2. 3+ years of experience in enterprise digital transformation, data platform management, or business intelligence; background in manufacturing or multi-entity enterprises preferred. 3. Proficiency in data architecture, SQL, PostgreSQL, ETL processes, and data governance methodologies. 4. Experience with data platform or Power BI projects preferred; AI project or hands-on experience preferred. 5. Demonstrated experience in cross-functional project coordination; ability to accurately understand business requirements and translate them into implementable technical solutions; efficient collaboration with teams at all levels. 6. Possess systematic thinking; capable of independently addressing complex business scenarios and technical challenges. 7. Take proactive ownership with high accountability for delivery outcomes.
