As a(n) Digital Product Manager Lead within PNC’s Digital organization, you will be based in within PNC’s footprint.
This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations.

As a Lead UX Researcher on the Insights & Optimization team you will be primarily responsible for designing and conducting end to end qualitative and quantitative UX research to deliver impactful insights and a deep understanding of our customers to guide product design work. Ultimately, helping our collective team deliver best-in-class experiences. You will be an unrelenting advocate for the audience, applying an outside-in lens to all aspects of digital experience while synthesizing insights into compelling user centered narratives.
