Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Product Manager Learning to drive the adoption, engagement, and impact of our corporate learning platform. This is not a traditional L&D role. We are looking for someone who thinks like a product manager, focusing on user experience, data-driven decision-making, and digital engagement strategies. You will work at the intersection of learning, technology, and user engagement, helping employees discover, use, and benefit from our learning ecosystem. Your success will be measured by engagement metrics, user retention, and business impact—not just content completion rates.

  • Drive Engagement & Adoption: Improve employee interaction with the learning platform through customer journey mapping, UX research, and analytics.
  • Product Thinking: Apply A/B testing, data insights, and personalization to optimize user experience on the platform.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Track key metrics (active users, retention, feature adoption) and run experiments to boost performance.
  • Technology & Automation: Collaborate with IT and vendors to enhance platform integrations and streamline learning adoption.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with HR, IT, and communications teams to align learning with business goals.
  • User-Centric Approach: Use surveys, interviews, heatmaps, and trends to identify friction points and improve usability.

Qualifications

You have a completed university degree with a focus on Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or a comparable qualification and already have minimum 4 years of professional experience in the field of learning and development.

  • Product & Digital Experience: Background in digital product management, UX, digital adoption, or user engagement. Experience in LXP, LMS, SaaS, or internal platforms is a plus.
  • Data & Analytics Mindset: Comfortable with engagement metrics, analytics dashboards, A/B testing, and behavioral data.
  • Tech-Savvy Problem Solver: Familiar with digital tools, automation, integrations, APIs, and learning technologies incl. negotiation (with social partner and data privacy).
  • User Experience & Growth Focused: Experience in customer engagement, design thinking, or digital marketing to drive adoption.
  • Excellent experience in leading strategic/cross-functional projects in international teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, assertiveness and storytelling skills up to top management.
  • Your English is on the highest level.
  • You are flexible for business travels.
