Description
Your responsibilities will include: Developing and articulating the product vision, strategy, and business model to stakeholders and external partners Supporting prioritization of initiatives ranging from single MVPs to multi-solution platforms Working closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Change Managers, and Development teams Applying Agile, Lean, and User-Centered Design methodologies to product development and delivery Supporting agile best practices and maintaining a positive team culture Supporting intake, governance processes, and communications to stakeholders and leadership Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related technical field Minimum of 5 years' experience in product management or product design, focused on software products and technologies Strong working knowledge of Salesforce.com (SFDC) or other CRM systems (highly preferred) Strong knowledge of commercial enterprise systems, processes, and data flows Prior experience in Commercial Excellence, Revenue Operations, or Digital Enablement functions (highly preferred) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a self-starter mindset Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels Demonstrated success in delivering innovative, customer-centric, technology-driven solutions Expertise in modern software development practices, including Agile methodologies, test-driven development, and CI/CD Experience developing and evolving product strategies based on research, data, and industry trends Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Quick learner with the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge in new domains Willingness to travel up to 15% Advanced degree (MBA) Experience in the Neuromodulation business or within MedTech/life sciences industries Background in Sales Operations, Marketing, or Digital functions
