Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for virtual account management solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT, operations, and finance teams to implement seamless payment processes.
  • Support integration of virtual accounts with core banking and payment systems.
  • Prepare functional specifications, process flows, and user guides.
  • Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and optimize workflows.
  • Act as liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure project alignment.
  • Support testing, UAT, and issue resolution during system rollouts.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users as needed.
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, payments, and virtual accounts.
  • Experience with payment systems, reconciliation, and process documentation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • 8-12 years of experience in banking or payments domain.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    Ability to work in cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time
