QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS DESIRED:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on eCommerce, eLearning and website optimization
  • Proven experience selecting and implementing an eCommerce platform (Big Commerce experience is preferred)
  • Strong understanding of user experience (UX), website architecture, and conversion rate optimization
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience leading website redesigns, including working with developers and designers to enhance usability and performance
  • Knowledge of digital marketing funnels and customer journey optimization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the ability to work effectively in an iterative development environment
  • Experience using Slack, Zoom, Asana and preference for using Confluence and Airtable
  • Passion for transformational learning and familiarity with The Shift Network’s programs and offerings
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working remotely with a small, dedicated team
Responsibilities
  • Lead the selection and implementation of an eCommerce system, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical capabilities
  • Define and execute the roadmap for website upgrades, customer experience improvements, and marketing funnel optimizations
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, customer experience, development and design to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives
  • Facilitate communication between business owners and the development team to align priorities and expectations
  • Own the product lifecycle from requirements gathering, solution design, and user story writing to development, testing, and post-launch analysis
  • Conduct competitive research and customer analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and business growth
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to continuously improve the digital experience and drive business results
  • Provide mentorship to a junior Project Manager, helping them develop their skills and ensuring smooth project execution
  • Champion a customer-first mindset, ensuring that our digital products serve both business objectives and user needs effectively
