• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking, specifically in Digital Transformation and Process Automation projects (this is highly recommended to minimize the learning curve)
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Effective communication abilities, including conflict management
• Arabic-speaking candidates are a must
• Proficiency in working independently and managing product ownership responsibilities
