Your Responsibilities: See the big picture - Support the execution of the product vision and roadmap by contributing to planning activities, breaking down initiatives into deliverable components, and helping track progress against outcomes. Ideate - Contribute to product improvements and feature development by assisting with solution definition, documentation and refinement of requirements. Support the evolution of multiple products while ensuring alignment with delivery priorities. Connect - Work with business stakeholders, customers and delivery teams to gather input, clarify requirements and support ongoing engagement. Contribute to workshops, feedback sessions and delivery ceremonies to ensure shared understanding and momentum. Research and learn about our customers and their challenges until they become our own and teach others to adopt a customer mindset. Measure everything – meticulously collect data as a driver for decision making and a lever to unlock performance. Support the collection and reporting of product and delivery metrics, including usage, performance and outcomes. Build – Work in close partnership with product managers, designers and engineers to support delivery from discovery through to release. Assist with testing, validation and release activities to ensure solutions meet requirements and quality standards. Assure, run and manage – Support day-to-day product operations by helping maintain backlog hygiene, documentation and operational readiness. Assist with incidents, tickets and issue triage, escalating as required and supporting timely resolution. Must have Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Innovation /Product Development, Data, Finance, Technology or a related discipline 0–3 years’ experience in a digital, product, technology or delivery-focused role Exposure to structured delivery environments, such as agile, iterative or project-based delivery Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across product, design, engineering and business teams Practical experience supporting delivery activities such as requirements documentation, testing, coordination or reporting Nice to have Exposure to cloud platforms, data products or AI-enabled solutions Experience or interest in financial services or capital markets environments Entry-level certifications or training in agile delivery, product management, business analysis or technology platforms We make hiring decisions based on your skills, capabilities and experience, and how you’ll help us to live our values.
