DESCRIPTION

This is a customer facing position that interacts with internal and external customers to implement and support the successful ongoing utilisation of Baxter Software Products.
The role will initially focus on providing product consultancy, configuration, training, and testing services for the implementation of ICNET infection prevention software product suite during the national rollout and then continue to build on the relationships established during implementation to ensure successful utilisation and continued support to the users across the nation. This will include providing the services already mentioned on an ad hoc basic and will expand to system reviews and site visits. Further expansion into use of other Baxter Digital products may also require implementation on the future.
As part of a global team there may also be scope to work with other customers around the globe.

Core responsibilities:

  • Providing product consultancy around how customers can best leverage product capabilities to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with customers to turn consultancy outcomes into solution build
  • Support customers with end solution testing
  • Developing and delivering blended-learning offerings compromised of e-learning, recorded material, web-based instructor led training and face to face training. Development of bespoke training schemas where required.
  • Guiding users through User Acceptance for implemented and configured Digital Products.
  • Act as part of a small pool of global experts in ICNET product best practice usage.
  • Provide annual remote or on-site system reviews to drive user satisfaction through developing customer use of Baxter digital products.
  • Provide an escalation point for issues and complaints.
  • Support the appropriate use of any purchased consultancy days; for example utilising service catalogue items including training and consultancy.
  • Ensuring regular contact with the user base
  • Provide an ICNET presence at relevant conferences throughout the year.
  • Facilitating networking opportunities within the customer base via workshop and forum interactions.
  • Work across a multidisciplinary team within Baxter to ensure support of the entire customer journey.

BENEFICIAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE

  • A recognised training delivery qualification (TAP or similar) or 2 years’ experience developing and delivering software related, end user training
  • Degree level education
  • Ability to understand and analyse complex user requirements and implement on those requirements
  • End to end experience of implementing IT system(s) - preferably clinical/healthcare
  • Experience of developing and delivering blended learning
  • Experience of working in an Agile environment
  • Clinical or healthcare related background
