OVERVIEW

Movement Strategy is looking for a Digital Production Coordinator to oversee our Asset Management. You will report to the VP, Head of Production and work closely with the Sr. Operations Manager. The Digital Production Coordinator manages the MediaValet DAM platform by ensuring digital assets are properly uploaded, tagged, organized, and audited while training team members and enforcing metadata standards. They also oversee digital production operations by tracking project deliverables, coordinating updates, supporting production workflows, managing vendor relationships, and liaising with IT to ensure efficient tool integration and troubleshooting.

QUALIFICATIONS + KEY FOCUS AREAS

  • Looking for a candidate with 0-2 years of experience in a digital production coordination, media asset management, project coordination, or similar role who is open to learning new processes and points of the business.
  • Basic understanding of Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, preferably MediaValet or similar.
