About the Assignment We are looking for a Digital Productivity Coach (DPC) who combines a strong interest in technology with a genuine passion for helping people learn. In this role, you will support a modern digital workplace by translating IT capabilities into clear everyday value for users. You will work closely with global DPC teams to improve ways of working, strengthen adoption of digital tools, and continuously enhance the digital workspace experience. Job Description Drive exploration and innovation by encouraging curiosity, experimentation, and new ways of working. Collaborate with global DPC teams to improve productivity and streamline processes. Support digital transformation initiatives, including introducing and improving tools and ways of working. Plan and execute user adoption and change activities to help colleagues embrace new solutions. Create and deliver training sessions and learning materials for users. Coordinate and produce audio/video learning content to ensure high-quality delivery and engaging formats. Requirements Experience with AI (LLMs), M365 and Teams productivity tools. Strong understanding of digital transformation and production of learning materials. Experience in video and media production. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Creative mindset with the ability to solve problems effectively. Humble approach and willingness to learn new things. Nice to have Experience from IT support functions and user learning, with a strong focus on understanding user needs and pain points. Ability to create engaging learning materials and facilitate inspirational sessions. Experience with Power Platform and other no-code/low-code tools.
