POSITION OVERVIEW – PROJECT EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Project Executive to support our website development projects. You will assist in managing projects from start to finish, ensuring effective communication among internal teams and clients. You’ll gain hands-on experience collaborating with digital strategists, designers, developers, and marketers, making a meaningful contribution to successful project outcomes.
This position is perfect for recent graduates or those early in their careers who are eager to learn, grow, and establish a solid foundation in digital project management.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or Degree in Digital Media, IT, Software Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Fresh graduate or up to 1-year experience in digital project management or related internship experience.
  • Basic understanding of website development processes (experience with WordPress is advantageous).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking in a dynamic environment.
  • Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn and grow.
Responsibilities

Project & Client Coordination

  • Support senior project executives in managing project timelines, schedules, and documentation.
  • Assist in client communications, ensuring clients receive timely updates and responses.
  • Participate in project scoping, scheduling, tracking deliverables, and basic risk management.
  • Support structured user acceptance testing (UAT) processes and documentation for project launches.

Team Collaboration & Process Support

  • Act as a liaison between internal teams (digital strategists, designers, developers) to ensure clear project requirements.
  • Assist in maintaining project documentation, including meeting notes, change logs, and client feedback.
  • Learn and adhere to established internal workflows, processes, and standards.
  • Contribute ideas and observations to continually improve our project management processes.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and clear documentation for ongoing projects.
  • Prepare basic project status updates and communicate these to senior project executives and management.
