Description
The Digital Project Manager leads medium-complexity digital projects and owns the digital delivery scope end-to-end. They ensure alignment across stakeholders, make tactical decisions, and apply analytical judgment to drive project outcomes. Your role can vary from Project Manager on Digital-owned initiatives to Technical Delivery Lead on Business-owned projects. Your main tasks shall include, but are not limited to: Own full management of medium-complexity digital projects Lead multi-disciplinary digital teams across several workstreams Define technical project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders Drive the implementation of projects based on the Digital Operating Model and the DSP Project Playbook & Methodology. Ensure technical project goals align with business objectives and user expectations Shape project plans, monitor project progress, key milestones and manage related project risks & issues approaches Identify technical resources required and ensure they are informed / allocated in due time Lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance, motivation, and support Delivering project controls on a regular basis Conduct or participate in post-project retrospective and identify areas for improvement Build expertise in selected technologies or business processes as required Bridge between business and tech teams in Digital Ensure projects alignment with the Digital Strategy and Application Target Architecture Contribute to uplift of Digital’s project practices and standards Areas of responsibilities: Project Leadership Ensure full delivery of scope, schedule, cost, quality, and stakeholder alignment Lead release / sprint planning alignment, technical scoping, and solution delivery by involving the right resources and knowledge across Digital Execution & Problem-Solving Anticipate risks, analyse issues, and implement mitigations Drive decisions on sequencing, resource allocation, and delivery methods Facilitate structured communication at operational and managerial levels Cross-Functional Engagement Align digital deliverables with business milestones and project timelines Coordinate business, data, software, and vendor stakeholders About You, our new colleague: The Digital Project Manager is a structured and dependable delivery leader who independently manages medium‑complexity digital projects. The person brings a balanced mix of technical understanding, analytical problem‑solving, and stakeholder management. They challenge unclear requirements, ensure disciplined execution, and maintain consistent alignment across digital teams and business stakeholders. They are comfortable making tactical decisions, anticipating risks, and keeping momentum in cross-functional environments. Core Competencies Digital Project Delivery experience and end-to-end leadership Analytical and structured problem-solving Drive structure, prioritization and delivery momentum Cross-functional collaboration Apply technical insights to shape realistic and high-quality plans Conflict resolution Adaptability under shifting conditions and change Qualifications and skills University degree 3+ years experience as a digital project manager Proven experience in change management Solid track record in executing strategic cross-functional projects Project Management certification is highly desirable Strong conceptual mindset, problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking and business acumen Exhibit strong stakeholder management skills and an inclination to collaborate with cross-functional teams Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities and demands in a complex environment Demonstrate high proficiency in spoken and written English Excel in using Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel Be part of an international community of people who care The DSP team consists of project managers of different levels.
