Job Title: Digital Project Manager / Backbase Project Manager

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Digital Project Manager with strong expertise in managing Backbase-based digital banking projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 10 to 12 years of project management experience in digital banking or FinTech.
• Proven experience delivering Backbase platform projects is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent client management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in banking or financial services sector.
• Technical background or familiarity with front-end/back-end systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Lead end-to-end project management of Backbase digital banking implementations.
• Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, and development teams to gather and define project requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct regular status meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to project scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Drive project governance, reporting, and documentation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, developers, QA, and DevOps.
• Manage change requests and ensure project alignment with evolving client needs.
