Job Description
As the Digital Project Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of implementing transformative digital projects that seamlessly integrate stores, eCommerce, and customer touchpoints across all channels.
With the strategy in place, your focus will be on ensuring the successful delivery and optimisation of key growth initiatives and digital innovations, while staying within budget and meeting all milestones.
You will play a crucial role in driving the continued evolution of key growth projects, enhancing customer experience, and supporting the seamless integration of new technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Drive Project Execution and follow up: Lead the execution of the omnichannel strategy, ensuring that key initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
  • Optimise and Innovate: Optimise tech solutions to enhance ways of working, improve customer experience, and drive cross-channel selling efficiency.
  • Maintain Budget and Timeline: Ensure that all projects are delivered within the agreed budget, tracking progress against timelines and identifying any potential risks to successful delivery.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with teams in eCommerce, tech, stores, marketing and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of projects and alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Vendor & Partner Management: Maintain relationships with omnichannel vendors and tech partners, following up to ensure successful implementation and maintenance of tech solutions.
  • Tech-Savvy: Experience sourcing, integrating, and optimising tech solutions that improve customer experience and support business goals.
  • Analytical & Results-Oriented: Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, with a focus on driving tangible business outcomes.

What you need to succeed:

  • Extensive experience in digital business development, with a proven track record of driving commercial success in e-commerce.
  • Exceptional customer focus, acting as the bridge between technology and business needs to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Solid expertise in commercially oriented e-commerce and digital roles, with an ability to translate business strategies into successful digital initiatives.
  • Advanced project management capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple teams.
  • A proactive, inquisitive, and innovative mindset, consistently striving for problem-solving excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Strong self-motivation and independence, while fostering a collaborative and results-driven team environment.
  • Proficiency in widely-used systems and tools, including Power BI, JIRA, and Confluence

This is a Full time Temporary contract- 12 months (on site) based at our Head Office in London.
