Further information can be found at www.man.com * As at 30 September 2025 Job Profile: This role provides essential support to Man Group's digital marketing initiatives, working collaboratively with stakeholders across Global Marketing, Sales, Technology, Client Services, and Investment teams. The position focuses on coordinating the delivery of strategic digital objectives, identifying and implementing continuous improvements to enhance Man Group's digital presence, and supporting day-to-day operations within the Marketing Operations and Digital team. This role is a 12 month fixed-term contract. Responsibilities: Supporting and coordinating on the delivery of web-based key digital marketing projects Assessing current/existing processes, eliciting requirements and identifying improvements where possible Hands-on work within our CMS (Drupal) system Use of website prototyping tools (eg. Figma) Identifying, evaluating, prioritising and actioning ongoing UX improvements Identifying target audiences ensuring consistent digital user journeys Support with digital analytics; ensuring stakeholders have access to key performance metrics to enable data-led decision making Management reporting and updates on digital initiatives Monitoring peers regarding best practice and new ideas for digital roadmap Managing vendor relationships Build and maintain strong relationships with the Technology team Technical Competencies: 3+ years of experience in digital product development projects (web or mobile), with hands-on experience through the product lifecycle B2B industry experience, Financial Services is a plus Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Business management, Computer Science, Economics, or related field High sense of responsibility and hands-on approach Good organisational, project &time management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with a client-focused mindset Experience with Agile/Scrum, JIRA, or similar project management tools Hands-on experience with enterprise CMS as an advanced user (building/testing pages; basic HTML/CSS knowledge beneficial) Familiarity with prototyping &wireframing tools (Figma, miro, etc.) Fluent in English Inclusion, Work-Life Balance and Benefits at Man Group You'll thrive in our working environment that champions equality of opportunity.
